Marisa Burmaster has been a dreamer since she visited Disney World at the age of 10. It was there she learned that Walt Disney did not even get to see his vision for Disneyland come to life before he passed away. There was something about this moment that encouraged her to chase her dreams no matter how big or how unlikely they could be accomplished in one lifetime.
Marisa was a cheerleader in high school which she believes was a prophetic sign of the gift that she has carried into adulthood for encouraging the people around her.
Marisa became a teen mother at the age of 16. This difficult experience helped to shape and mold her into the strong, determined, and God-fearing woman that she is today. Marisa attended nursing school directly out of high school and was certified as a registered professional nurse in 2005.
Being a caregiver taught Marisa valuable lessons about the impact that extending love, grace, kindness, and patience to everyone you meet can have on the world.
Marisa is very active in the ministry community. Her passion for helping people work effectively together to achieve God sized dreams lead her in 2017 to found the 501c3 Nonprofit organization, Greater Good Ambassadors. GGA's mission is to help people and organizations work more effectively together to achieve collective goals.
Marisa and her team at GGA have been able to resource and equip numerous charitable organizations with the tools and support they needed to take their vision from idea to execution.
Marisa and her husband are active members of Heart City Church where they also serve on the advisory board and lead the prayer ministry team.
Marisa is also the Co-Founder of Sisterhood, a teen girls small group model which equips young ladies to walk in their identity in Christ.
